Chris Borges-Silva

Chris is either doing IT or QC, or he’s making DVDs, Beta SPs or CDs. If he’s not running around solving all the world’s technical problems, he’ll author your DVD, edit your video, color correct your movie or compress your content into any codec immaginable. Engineer Extraordinaire: Chris holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer+Internet Certification as well as A+ Hardware Certification and is experienced with OS X, IRIX and Linux based operating systems.

Johnny Connally

Johnny joins us as an Assistant Engineer with a degree in Digital Media Production from the Art Institute of Portland. In his own company, Orajin Entertainment, Johnny consults musicians, creating colorful images using sound. His philosophy is that creativity takes courage, persistence, and insight. You’ll find him with a Dutch Bros custom made maple ER911 or a Rockstar in his hand. He’s here to get (and keep) all of our poop grouped just right, for audio engineering support, and to handle all of our music projects. It’s worth coming to visit, just to see what new thing he’s done to his hair.

Randy Johnson

In the mood for a fast and friendly engineer? Randy’s your man. While a little bit “oh, look, something shiny….” Randy’s definitely someone with whom you’d want to spend hours in a dark room editing away. He’s a fast editor and good mixer and a genuinely great guy. He’s lent his skills to a production company in Guam (yes, Guam) and one in Alaska (yes, Alaska) before he came to our fair city in 1996 where he worked for Northwest Videoworks and Whitehorse before going freelance. We invite him to come play with us as often as possible.

Tara Krick

A successful small business owner in her own right and former internationally award-winning agency producer and talent agent, fills the role of Business Manager. She has a BS in Advertising Management and one in Marketing. Tara answers your calls and schedules your sessions, handles all the ins and outs of the money, auditions and casts your talent, and creates and administers Rex's HR and internal systems. When not planted in front of a computer working or looking up answers to things on the internet, you’ll find her snuggling with her toddler or at Girl Scout meetings.
