
We recognize that the media production process can be alien to most people not associated directly with our industry. An important part of our production process is a partnering philosophy we employ when working with advertising and marketing departments in mainstream industries. We understand that we can never know as much about our client’s business as they do and that they cannot know as much about the communications process as we do so we encourage a sense of shared expertise to produce the best media production product possible. Throughout the production process we encourage our clients to be as involved as much as they can.
Our time-tested process begins with a pre-production meeting to determine the scope of the project and how best to complete it in the time frame allowed. From this initial consultation, we will create a proposal for the client that encompasses all of the factors to produce a successful project including costs and time frame for project completion. Once the proposal has been approved, it is used as a map to guide us through the production process to a successful completion, on time and on budget.
